What You Can Expect From Us
Our technicians aren’t paid on commission.
If you diagnose a problem as a repair, we don’t override you to turn it into a replacement. Nobody here has a sales number hanging over them.
How you get paid.
Straight hourly with overtime — no commission, no spiffs, no quota. On-call is a weekly rotation with a stipend whether or not you get called. Holiday calls are paid at overtime rates. Drive time (but not commute time) is paid. Your hourly rate goes up as your skill level goes up.
Health coverage.
We pay the full premium for medical, dental, and vision — for you, your spouse, and your dependents. Not a stipend, not a partial contribution.
Paid time off.
Three weeks per year, accrued as you work, beginning after your first 90 days. Seven paid holidays.
A real path forward.
Factory training, in-house training, and ride-alongs with senior techs. We cover approved online coursework. We pay for NATE certification testing and renewals, and for EPA 608 certification if you don’t already hold it.
You’re not buying the expensive stuff.
Vacuum pumps, recovery machines, and other specialty equipment are ours. You get a tool allowance for the rest, and we provide all required personal protective equipment at no cost.
Your own truck,
stocked, with take-home privileges once you’re out of training.
