Darryl was my technician and he always is not only very professional, but genuinely kind and polite. Takes the time to answer my questions and makes sure that I understand what was done. He is a true asset to the Ropers team! Wouldn't have anyone else work on this Bryant system that they installed 3 years ago. Quality product, quality service! Thanks guys!

Roper's was highly recommended by people at our church. I called for an appointment and Darrell came out early the next morning. Darrell is a very professional technician who right away diagnosed the problem and replaced the blower motor capacitor. Darrell checked the air filter and discovered that it was the incorrect Merv rating and installed the correct filter for better air flow. He also cleaned the condenser with water, removing dirt and debris from its pan and tested the dual capacitor and contactor finding each within spec. We are really happy that we now have a company that is honest, friendly and that we can rely on in the future.

Ropers heating and air provided great customer service. Ropers quote was significantly less than their competitors. I am very happy with the technicians work. The technicians were very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable

vary prompt response and on time for the appointment. they waited as i was late for the appointment. Tech was very knolwdgeable and had the rfailed part with him and fixed the unit. could not be more pleased. Was almost less than the call-out charge that a different company wanted to charge me!

I had a new condenser and coil installed and the 2 young men who did the install did a great job. They seemed to enjoy their work and enjoyed working together. They had a young trainee with them and were a good example. I'll certainly be calling them back for any service needs.

From the very start the guys were very professional and a pleasure.
They were organized, worked well together, seemed like they enjoyed their job, I felt they were respectful of my things and answered questions I had along the way. I felt they took pride in their work- that was really nice to see.

Had a AC compressor go out during the summer. Called two other companies before them who said they couldn't come out until end of the following week. This company was able to book me a few days earlier than the other two, but as soon as a technician's schedule opened up, they sent him over the same day I scheduled. Cost was fair. Technician was friendly. Plus no A.I. computer scheduler when you call. Thanks!

First time using Roper's HVAC. Great communication, Technician Robert, was cordial, knowledgable and completed all the testing in a timely fashion. He explained everything in detail including his results and assessment. I have used other HVAC companies and they almost always want to upsell some HVAC products, if not an entire system. Robert kept to the job and made no attempt to do so, he was only concerned about doing his job swiftly and correctly. One of the few companies that offers a bi-annual maintenance plan at a reasonable cost. Thank you

We have used Roper's H. and AC before and that is why we called them this time when our AC went out early evening.. Alex was here the next day as we agreed. He is polite, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. It was a learning process for my husband as well as a motor for our very old unit. We can't thank you enough.

Roper H&AC installed new replacement heater furnace for our house. The installation started ontime and completed as scheduled. All associated work was done professionally, followed by a final cleanup before turnover. Furnace startup was accomplished without a hitch and unit performed as design. Overall very grateful for the emergency install during the cold weather of November.

Very friendly and professional. I'm extremely happy with the service and equipment provided. The Inspector even commented on how clean the install was. From the office staff to the technicians, I couldn't be more pleased with my new installation experience. And the price was reasonable (Lower than the other two bids I received). I would definitely recommend this local company to anyone in need of the services they provide.
